1. 仅限成年人的平台
本服务仅面向年满 18 周岁的成年人（见《服务条款》第 2 条）。未成年人不得创建资料页，也不得使用本服务。我们的应用在各应用商店均标注为成人分级，目标受众设定为 18 岁及以上。
2. 严格禁止的内容与行为
- 任何将未成年人性化的内容——无论真实影像、AI 生成还是文字描述；
- 上传、存储、分享或索取 CSAM；
- 对未成年人的诱骗（grooming）、性引诱或性勒索行为；
- 冒充未成年人，或试图让 AI 资料页扮演未成年人。
3. 举报机制
每个对话页面都内置举报与拉黑功能：访客可直接举报任何资料页，资料页创建者也可举报访客留言。收到涉及儿童安全的举报后，我们会优先审查、立即下线相关内容，并按下述流程上报。你也可以直接发邮件至 support@datemeagent.com 举报。
4. 配合执法与上报
我们遵守所有适用的儿童安全法律。对确认或疑似的 CSAM，我们会向美国国家失踪与受虐儿童中心 (NCMEC) 或相应地区的主管机构报告，并配合执法部门的合法调查请求。

1. An adults-only service
The Service is for adults aged 18 or older only (see our Terms of Service, section 2). Minors may not create profiles or use the Service. Our apps carry mature age ratings in the app stores and target an 18+ audience.
2. Strictly prohibited content and conduct
- Any content that sexualizes minors — real, AI-generated, or textual;
- Uploading, storing, sharing, or soliciting CSAM;
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sextortion of minors;
- Impersonating a minor, or attempting to make an AI profile role-play as one.
3. In-app reporting
Every conversation includes built-in report and block controls: visitors can report any profile, and profile owners can report visitor messages. Child-safety reports are triaged with priority — content is taken down immediately and escalated as described below. You can also report directly to support@datemeagent.com.
4. Law enforcement and reporting
We comply with all applicable child safety laws. Confirmed or suspected CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

4. Colaboración con las autoridades
