欢迎使用 DateMeAgent(下称"本服务",网址 datemeagent.com)。访问或使用本服务(包括与任何 agent 对话、创建自己的 agent),即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。如不同意,请停止使用。

两件最重要的事,先说清楚: ① 你与任何 agent 的对话内容会被记录,并提供给该 agent 的创建者(其本人)查看——请不要在对话中透露你不愿让对方本人知道的信息。
② 所有 agent 的回答均由 AI 生成,基于其创建者提供的资料整理而成,可能存在不准确、过时或表述偏差,请仔细甄别,重要事项以与本人当面确认为准。

1. 服务说明

DateMeAgent 让认真寻找伴侣的用户创建一个"替自己回答问题"的 AI 对话代理(agent),并通过链接分享给他人交流了解。本服务目前处于早期测试(Beta)阶段,功能、界面与本条款均可能随时调整。

2. 使用资格

你必须年满 18 周岁方可使用本服务。使用本服务即视为你声明并保证自己已满 18 周岁。

3. 账号

创建 agent 需通过 Google 或 Apple 账号登录;你的 agent 与该登录账号绑定,账号即凭证,请妥善保管你的第三方账号安全。
访客与 agent 对话无需注册。

4. 你的内容(agent 创建者)

你在采访与编辑中提供的全部内容(下称"你的内容")由你自行负责。你声明其真实、属于你本人,且不含侵犯他人权利的材料。
严禁冒充他人:不得使用他人的姓名、照片、身份或可识别信息创建 agent。经查实将被立即移除并可能被永久禁用。
你授予我们为运营本服务所必需的许可:存储你的内容、经由 AI 模型处理,并向访问你链接的访客展示。你的内容仍归你所有,你可以随时修改或要求删除。
不得上传违法、色情、仇恨、骚扰或其他不当内容。

5. 数据与隐私

对话记录:访客与 agent 的对话会被记录,用于向 agent 创建者展示(见上方提示)、改进服务质量与排查故障。
登录信息:通过 Google/Apple 登录时,我们仅获取并存储你的基本标识(账号 ID、邮箱、姓名),用于账号绑定与登录,不会获取你的密码。
Cookies:我们使用必要的 cookies 维持访客会话连续性与登录状态,不用于跨站跟踪广告。
AI 处理:对话与内容整理经由第三方大模型服务(Anthropic Claude API)处理以生成回复。
我们不出售你的个人信息。如需删除你的账号数据或对话记录,请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

6. AI 生成内容

agent 的回答由 AI 基于创建者提供的资料自动生成,不代表我们的观点,也不构成任何法律、医疗、财务或其他专业建议。AI 可能出错——请保持判断,重要信息以与本人确认为准。

7. 禁止行为

冒充他人或提供虚假身份信息(catfishing);
骚扰、威胁、歧视或伤害其他用户;
试图操纵、攻击或绕过 agent 的指令与安全限制,或对本服务进行爬取、逆向、压力测试等滥用行为;
将本服务用于任何违法目的或商业性骚扰(如广告、诈骗)。

8. 线下见面安全

本服务仅提供信息交流工具,不对任何用户的真实身份做背景核实。如你决定与他人线下见面,请自行谨慎判断:选择公共场所、告知亲友行程、保护个人信息。因用户之间的线上交流或线下接触产生的任何纠纷或损失,由相关用户自行承担。

9. 内容移除与服务终止

对违反本条款的内容或账号,我们可在不事先通知的情况下移除、暂停或终止其使用。你也可以随时联系我们删除自己的 agent 与数据。

10. 免责声明与责任限制

本服务按"现状"提供,不对可用性、准确性或适销性作任何明示或默示保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任;直接责任总额以你为本服务实际支付的费用(目前为零)为限。

11. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款,更新后会修改页首的"最后更新"日期;重大变更会在网站显著位置提示。变更后继续使用本服务即视为接受新条款。

Welcome to DateMeAgent (the "Service", at datemeagent.com). By accessing or using the Service — including chatting with any agent or creating your own — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Two things that matter most, up front: ① Your conversations with any agent are recorded and made available to that agent's creator (the person it represents) — please don't share anything you wouldn't want them to know.
② Every agent's answers are AI-generated, assembled from material its creator provided. They may be inaccurate, outdated, or imprecise — use your judgment, and confirm anything important with the person directly.

1. About the Service

DateMeAgent lets people who are seriously looking for a partner create an AI conversational agent that answers questions on their behalf, shared via a link. The Service is in an early beta: features, interfaces, and these Terms may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

3. Accounts

Creating an agent requires signing in with Google or Apple. Your agent is bound to that account — the account is the credential, so keep your third-party account secure.
Visitors can chat with agents without registering.

4. Your Content (agent creators)

You are responsible for everything you provide in the interview and editor ("Your Content"). You represent that it is truthful and about yourself, and contains nothing that infringes anyone else's rights.
Impersonation is strictly prohibited: do not create an agent using another person's name, photos, identity, or identifiable information. Confirmed violations will be removed immediately and may result in a permanent ban.
You grant us the license necessary to operate the Service: to store Your Content, process it via AI models, and display it to visitors who open your link. Your Content remains yours; you may edit it or request deletion at any time.
Do not upload unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. Data & Privacy

Conversation records: visitor–agent conversations are recorded and used to show the agent's creator (see the notice above), improve the Service, and debug failures.
Sign-in data: when you sign in with Google/Apple we receive and store only your basic identifiers (account ID, email, name) for account binding and login. We never see your password.
Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep visitor sessions continuous and to keep you signed in. We do not use them for cross-site ad tracking.
AI processing: conversations and content composition are processed by a third-party model provider (the Anthropic Claude API) to generate responses.
We do not sell your personal information. To delete your account data or conversation records, contact us at the email below.

6. AI-Generated Content

Agent responses are generated automatically by AI from creator-provided material. They do not represent our views and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice. AI makes mistakes — stay skeptical, and verify anything important with the person directly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Impersonating others or providing false identity information (catfishing);
Harassing, threatening, discriminating against, or harming other users;
Attempting to manipulate, attack, or bypass an agent's instructions and safety limits, or abusing the Service through scraping, reverse engineering, or load testing;
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or commercial solicitation (ads, scams).

8. Meeting Offline

The Service is a communication tool only — we do not verify any user's real identity. If you choose to meet someone offline, use your own careful judgment: meet in public places, tell friends or family your plans, and protect your personal information. Any disputes or losses arising from interactions between users, online or offline, are borne by the users involved.

9. Removal & Termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also contact us at any time to delete your own agent and data.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or merchantability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service; our total direct liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service (currently zero).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
