DateMeAgent(datemeagent.com，下称"本服务")是一个高度依赖信任的产品——你会把关于感情与生活的真实想法交给它。这份政策用尽量直白的话说清楚：我们收集什么、用来做什么、不做什么，以及你如何掌控自己的数据。
② 我们不出售你的个人信息，不投放广告，不做跨站跟踪；
③ 你可以随时联系我们删除你的账号、资料页或对话数据。
1. 我们收集什么
如果你是资料页创建者：
- 登录标识：通过 Google/Apple 登录时的账号 ID、邮箱、姓名。我们永远接触不到你的密码。
- 你提供的内容：采访中的回答与对话、粘贴的补充材料、编辑器里的人设内容、创建过程中的草稿。
- 语音样本(可选)：如果你使用"克隆自己的声音"功能，你录制的语音样本会用于生成你的专属合成声音。
如果你是访客(和某个资料页聊天的人):
- 对话内容：你发给资料页的消息与资料页的回复。
- 语音输入(如你使用)：你说话的音频会被转写为文字；转写完成后音频不作长期存储。
- 一个匿名访客 ID(cookie)，用于把你的多次对话归到同一个会话历史里——它不包含你的身份信息。
所有用户：IP 地址与浏览器信息，用于防滥用限流、安全防护与故障排查。
2. 我们怎么使用这些信息
- 运行本服务：生成资料页的回答与语音、保存和恢复你的创建进度。
- 向资料页创建者展示其资料页的对话记录——这是产品的核心功能，也是访客最需要知道的一点(见上方提示)。
- 改进服务质量、排查错误、防止滥用。
- 我们不会把你的信息用于广告投放，不与数据经纪商共享，不出售。
3. 第三方处理
为了提供服务，以下第三方会代表我们处理数据(仅限提供服务所必需):
- AI 模型服务：Anthropic(Claude 模型)——处理你的采访回答、对话内容与资料整理，生成资料页的回复与修改；
- 语音服务：MiniMax 与 ElevenLabs(语音合成与声音克隆——处理待朗读的文本与你的声音样本)、OpenAI(语音识别——处理你的语音音频以转写为文字);
- 登录服务：Google 与 Apple(仅用于身份验证);
- 云托管与数据库服务：存储与运行本服务(服务器位于美国);
- 邮件转发服务：处理发往 support@datemeagent.com 的邮件。
这些服务商只能在为我们提供服务的范围内处理数据，无权将其用于自己的目的(包括训练他们自己的模型)，并须为你的数据提供不低于本政策的保护水平。在 DateMeAgent iOS App 中，首次使用会将内容发送给 AI 服务的功能前，我们会先明确说明发送什么、发给谁，并征得你的同意。
4. Cookies 与本地存储
dma_vid：匿名访客 ID，维持你的对话历史连续(有效期一年);dma_owner：创建者的登录态(有效期 90 天);- 浏览器本地存储：语言偏好、创建/编辑草稿等，只存在你自己的设备上。
以上均为功能必需，没有任何广告或跨站跟踪 cookies。
5. 数据保留与删除
- 你的内容与对话记录会保留到：你删除对应的资料页/账号，或你向我们提出删除请求。
- 创建者可随时在编辑页修改内容，或联系我们彻底删除资料页与全部相关数据。
- 访客可以在自己的对话侧栏删除本地记录；如需从服务器删除你的对话，请联系我们并提供对话的大致时间与资料页链接。
- 删除请求发送至 support@datemeagent.com，我们会在合理时间内(一般 7 天内)处理。
6. 数据安全
全站使用 HTTPS 加密传输，数据库访问受到访问控制保护。但没有任何互联网服务能保证绝对安全——请不要在对话中透露你不愿被他人知道的敏感信息(这也是我们在条款里最先强调的一点)。
6a. 运营访问：默认不可见
为了让资料页替你回答，我们的服务器必须能处理你提供的内容——这类服务无法做到端到端加密，我们不假装能。但从产品层面，我们把运营方对内容的访问做成了默认关闭：
- 运营方默认无法查看你的对话记录、采访内容和资料页人设——管理后台只显示匿名统计(资料页数量、对话数量与时间、成功率等)；
- 只有当你在「我的资料页」页或 iOS 设置中主动开启“调试数据共享”时，运营方才能查看你的内容以协助排查问题；开关随时可关；
- 例外一：被举报的内容——收到举报后，运营方可在该举报处理期间查看被举报资料页的相关内容(平台的安全审核义务)，处理完毕即关闭；
- 例外二：官方示例人物(Brian、小悦)与运营者本人的账号，它们是日常调试的固定样本；
- 无论通过哪种途径，平台侧对用户内容的每一次访问都会被写入审计日志(访问者、时间、访问对象)；
- 我们不出售个人信息、不投放广告，你的内容不会用于与本服务无关的目的。
7. 年龄要求
本服务仅面向年满 18 周岁的用户。我们不会有意收集未成年人的信息；如发现相关数据将立即删除。
8. 跨境数据说明
本服务的服务器位于美国。无论你从哪里访问，你的数据都会传输至美国并在当地处理。继续使用本服务即表示你理解并同意这一点。
9. 政策变更
我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后会修改页首的"最后更新"日期；重大变更会在网站显著位置提示。

DateMeAgent (datemeagent.com, the "Service") runs on trust — you hand it real thoughts about love and life. This policy explains in plain words what we collect, what we do with it, what we never do, and how you stay in control of your data.

③ You can contact us anytime to delete your account, profile, or conversation data.
1. What We Collect
If you create an profile:
- Sign-in identifiers: your account ID, email, and name from Google/Apple sign-in. We never see your password.
- Content you provide: interview answers and conversations, pasted material, persona content in the editor, and drafts along the way.
- Voice samples (optional): if you use voice cloning, the audio you record is used to build your personal synthetic voice.
If you are a visitor chatting with an profile:
- Conversation content: your messages and the profile's replies.
- Voice input (if you use it): your speech audio is transcribed to text; the audio is not retained long-term after transcription.
- An anonymous visitor ID (cookie) that groups your chats into one history — it contains no identity information.
All users: IP address and browser information, used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.
2. How We Use It
- To run the Service: generating profile replies and speech, saving and restoring your creation progress.
- To show each profile's creator the conversations their profile had — this is a core product feature and the single most important thing for visitors to know (see the notice above).
- To improve quality, debug failures, and prevent abuse.
- We do not use your information for advertising, share it with data brokers, or sell it.
3. Third-Party Processing
These providers process data on our behalf, strictly as needed to run the Service:
- AI model provider: Anthropic (Claude models) — processes your interview answers, conversation content, and profile material to generate and edit your profile's replies;
- Speech providers: MiniMax and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech and voice cloning — process text to be spoken and your voice samples) and OpenAI (speech recognition — processes your speech audio to transcribe it to text);
- Sign-in providers: Google and Apple (authentication only);
- Cloud hosting and database providers: storing and running the Service (servers located in the United States);
- Email forwarding: handling mail to support@datemeagent.com.
These providers may only process data to provide services to us, never for their own purposes (including training their own models), and must protect your data to a standard no lower than this policy. In the DateMeAgent iOS app, the first time you use a feature that sends your content to an AI service, we explain what is sent and to whom, and ask for your consent before sending it.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
dma_vid: an anonymous visitor ID that keeps your chat history continuous (1 year);dma_owner: the creator sign-in session (90 days);- Browser local storage: language preference and creation/editing drafts, kept on your own device only.
All of these are strictly functional — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
5. Retention & Deletion
- Your content and conversation records are kept until you delete the corresponding profile/account, or ask us to delete them.
- Creators can edit their content anytime, or contact us to fully delete their profile and all related data.
- Visitors can remove local history in the chat sidebar; to delete your conversations from our servers, contact us with the approximate time and the profile link.
- Send deletion requests to support@datemeagent.com; we act within a reasonable time (usually 7 days).
6. Security
The Service uses HTTPS everywhere and access-controlled databases. Still, no online service can guarantee absolute security — please don't share anything in a conversation you wouldn't want known (the very first thing our Terms call out).
6a. Operator Access: Off by Default
For your profile to answer on your behalf, our servers must be able to process the content you provide — a service like this cannot be end-to-end encrypted, and we won't pretend otherwise. At the product level, however, operator access to your content is off by default:
- Operators cannot view your conversations, interview content, or profile persona by default — the admin dashboard shows anonymous statistics only (profile counts, conversation counts and timing, success rates);
- Operators can view your content only if you turn on "debug data sharing" yourself (on the My Profiles page or in iOS Settings) to get help with a problem; you can turn it off anytime;
- Exception one: reported content — when a report is filed, operators may review the reported profile's relevant content while the report is being handled (our safety-moderation duty), and the window closes when it's resolved;
- Exception two: the official sample personas (Brian, Yue) and the operator's own account, which are the standing debugging fixtures;
- Whatever the path, every platform-side access to user content is written to an audit log (who, when, which profile);
- We never sell personal information or run ads; your content is not used for anything unrelated to this Service.
7. Age Requirement
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; any such data found will be deleted immediately.
8. International Data
Our servers are located in the United States. Wherever you access from, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to this.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.

Modelos de IA: Anthropic (Claude — genera y edita el contenido de tu profile); voz: MiniMax y ElevenLabs (síntesis y clonación) y OpenAI (reconocimiento de voz); inicio de sesión (Google/Apple); alojamiento en la nube (servidores en EE. UU.) y reenvío de correo — solo en lo necesario para prestar el Servicio, nunca para sus propios fines, y con una protección no inferior a esta política.
4. Cookies
